BLT Cocktail

As a bourbon lover, this drink is probably my favourite quick and and easy "highball" style drink. Most people probably only think of gin when talking about tonic water, but if you like the bitter taste, combining it with a favourite bourbon also works great.

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz bourbon
• Tonic water
• 1 wedge lemon
• Glass: Rocks

Instructions

Fill a rocks glass with ice.

Add the bourbon, and top with tonic water.

Garnish with a lemon wedge.
