Probably my favourite types of cocktails are ones that combine whiskey and vermouth, so when I came across this one I thought it was a nice change of pace but still really enjoyable for me.

Ingredients

  • 60 ml bourbon whiskey
  • 20 ml triple sec
  • 20 ml sweet vermouth
  • 20 ml lemon juice
  • (optional) 1 barspoon simple syrup
  • Glass: Cocktail
  • Garnish: Lemon twist and maraschino cherry

Instructions

Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.

Shake and double-strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Garnish with a lemon twist and a maraschino cherry.
