Painkiller

A summer favourite of mine, and one that I always make several of when I'm in the mood to make a batch of cream of coconut. I prefer making this drink over its blended cousin, the Pina Colada.

Ingredients

• 60 ml rum (lighter or darker both work well)
• 120 ml pineapple juice
• 30 ml orange juice
• 30 ml cream of coconut
• Glass: Double rocks
• Garnish: Grated nutmeg

Instructions

Add all the ingredients into a shaker and add ice.

Shake and open pour into a double rocks glass.

Garnish with fresh grated nutmeg.
