Paloma
Continuing with my "simple highball" theme from my last post, I'm featuring a drink that shows off a longtime favourite of mine, grapefruit soda.
Ingredients
- 45 ml tequila
- 15 ml lime juice
- Grapefruit soda
- Glass: Highball
- Garnish: lime wheel & salt (or Tajin) rim
Instructions
Rub lime around the edge of a highball glass and dip the rim in salt (or Tajin).
Add the tequila and lime juice to the glass, and fill with ice.
Top with grapefruit soda, and stir gently to combine.
Garnish with a lime wheel.
