Sten's Album of the Month - January 2021 - The Body

If you've never listened to The Body before, you're in for an experience. They're often referred to as "experimental metal" or "sludge metal" but I don't really think either of those describe them that well; in my opinion they're best described as "sludge metal-inspired noise". Their catalogue is getting pretty large at this point, but this new album is probably one of my favourites that they've done.
