Sten's Album of the Month - June 2020 - Vile Creature
Glory! Glory! Apathy Took Helm! is far and away the best album I've heard in a long time. It's ridiculous how good this album is. Somehow I'd never even heard of Vile Creature before they released the preview singles for this album. If you like sludge metal in any capacity you need to listen to this. I don't buy a lot of physical music any more; usually I only buy albums I like when the bands tour through my area. Partially because of tours not happening for the foreseeable future, and partially because of how great it is, this record was the first music I ordered online in years.
