I've been a big fan of Mares of Thrace ever since I first heard The Pilgrimage many many years ago. I'm not even sure how I initially found out about them, as this predated me getting recommendations from Spotify by quite a few years. When I heard a new album was (finally) coming, I was super excited, and the album doesn't disappoint.
