Sten's Album of the Month - November 2021 - Converge, Chelsea Wolfe, & Stephen Brodsky

It's no secret that I absolutely love collaborative albums, so when three of my favourite artists got together to make an album, I was very excited. This album might not be for all Converge fans, but I love it. It's more on the post-metal/sludge metal side of things. Some songs remind me a lot of Chelsea Wolfe's heavier albums, and some songs give me Old Man Gloom vibes, which makes sense considering 50% of Old Man Gloom is on this album. Unrelated to the music, but I'm really digging Nate with long hair, especially him pulling off the braids; and the beard looks great on Steve and I hope he keeps it.
