The Chupacabra
Summer is starting, so I've been coming across a bunch of new summer cocktails lately. This is one I tried the other day and happened to really like it. It's a very unique drink in that it's both delicious but also spicy, as it contains Fresno Chili pepper.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz gin
- 3/4 oz elderflower liqueur
- 1/2 oz agave nectar
- 1/2 oz lemon juice
- 1/2 oz lime juice
- 3 slices Fresno Chili pepper
Instructions
Add 2 of the Fresno Chili slices and the agave nectar to a shaker, and muddle well.
Fill the shaker with ice and add the gin, elderflower liqueur, and lemon and lime juices.
Shake well and strain into an Old-Fashioned glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with the last Fresno Chili slice.
